BYOHM, purveyor of fermented foods, is holding a workshop with OPEN AS USUAL on the 23rd March and we’d love you, your tastebuds and guts to come along! We’ll be exploring ferments and how to make a few through a taste-tour that will kickstart the summer with healthy pro-biotic goodness. 

The workshop will involve discussions and demonstrations around water kefir, vegetable ferments and lacto-fermented sauce making giving you both a good overview of the subject and the tools to start fermenting-your-own at home. 

You'll also take home a small gift from the workshop.
