3 Month Design Internship -  (Brighton/London)

We’re looking for a keen, self-motivated person who wants hands-on experience working at a small fashion brand. 

This role would suit a graduate or someone with experience working for a fashion brand as you’ll hit the ground running sketching, and toiling.

You'll be working on our new designs, physically making alterations to existing garments as well as new things from scratch based on our direction. You may, for example, be given a vintage garment to take a pattern from and toile with alterations to the original design, or make a toile from a sketch.

 

Must haves

• Ability to sew with real proficiency
• Pattern cutting skills
• Have a good understanding of garment construction
• Creativity and openness
• Experience using Photoshop and Illustrator and a good knowledge of how to use these programs to create work.
• Be able to manage your own time

Our office is based in Brighton, but this is open to people from surrounding areas and London as long as you can travel in at least once a week.

This is a paid internship @ £13.15 ph and will run full time for a three month period starting in the next two weeks.
