Reports to: Content Manager

Location: London (Canonbury)

Contract Type: Temporary, 3 months, starting ASAP

Working Hours: Full time - 9 - 5.30

Start Date: ASAP

About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organised and creative Content Assistant to support our Content Manager across a range of digital and studio tasks. You’ll be working across photo and video production, helping create and prepare assets for our website and social media channels, and supporting engagement and content planning. This is a hands-on role that will suit someone who is as comfortable steaming garments as they are editing video or supporting on shoots.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating and preparing visual assets for the website and social platforms

  • Support on shoots: helping with setup, styling prep, lighting, and general assistance

  • Steam and prep garments ahead of shoots and content capture

  • Assist with video editing and basic motion graphics for short-form and behind-the-scenes content

  • Help manage and maintain digital content folders, naming conventions, and archiving

  • Support with community engagement: scheduling posts, replying to comments, and researching trends

  • Carry out basic retouching and image adjustments when needed - keeping the image tracker updated with stock location and image action points

  • Help keep the studio space tidy and production-ready

Requirements

  • Strong interest in content creation, digital media, or fashion/creative industries

  • Basic video editing experience (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut)

  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Lightroom

  • Comfortable using a camera (photo or video) or keen to learn

  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive

  • Flexible and willing to muck in — this role includes physical tasks like steaming, lifting boxes, or helping tidy studio spaces

  • A strong sense of visual style and appreciation for craft, sustainability, and storytelling is a big plus

Bonus (but not essential)

  • Experience working on social media or content calendars

  • Photography or styling experience

  • Experience working in a studio or fashion environment
