About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced, energetic and highly organised Wholesale Manager to run our wholesale operations and ensure seamless communication between our internal teams, wholesale agents, and customers. This role is vital in maintaining and strengthening our relationships with wholesale partners and ensuring the highest standards of service.

Job Summary:
You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the wholesale process, from liaising with our wholesale agents to ensuring the smooth fulfillment of orders and payments, to representing the brand at showrooms and store training. This position will work closely with the founders, finance, ecomm, design and production teams to coordinate our wholesale activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for wholesale-related issues, providing support and information for agents, customers, founders and the wider team as needed

  • With our wholesale agents, manage enquiries from customers and prospective customers, ensuring timely and accurate responses 

  • Be the brand’s go-to person for buyers and store managers to contact, building and maintaining strong relationships

  • Be responsible for implementing sell-thru-increasing strategies such as sales incentives, exclusive collections or products, partner activations, events, workshops, and in-store training sessions.

  • Ensure all customers have accurate brand and product information for each delivery

  • Organise and undertake store training for customers

  • Request, monitor and manage sell-thru reports for partners, and with the team help maintain or improve sell-thru rates across all stores

  • Manage the wholesale critical path for showroom to ensure all activities around market periods are completed on time, including inputting imagery and pricing, generating selling tools like lookbooks and linesheets, and coordinating the delivery of collections.

  • Handle all customs paperwork and ensure compliance with all shipping and delivery requirements 

  • Track and manage staff, friends and family personal orders and uniform allowance

  • Collaborate with founders and wholesale agents to implement visual merchandising and point-of-sale (PoS) strategies for pop-ups and store-in-stores with wholesale partners .

  • Regularly review the suitability and performance of wholesale partners in line with company goals and ethics

  • Prepare and distribute seasonal wholesale packs, including RRP prices, styling guides and detailed product information to support customer sales efforts 

  • Work with the founder to monitor and manage wholesale debtors, providing necessary information and updates. 

  • Assist in reviewing and implementing customer order terms and payment terms in collaboration with the founder and wholesale agents 

  • Raise and issue all wholesale invoices, manage the debt collection process and track incoming wholesale payments 

  • Track all payments and forecast incoming payment schedules

  • Reconcile payments received within our accounting software

  • Liaise with the production team to monitor the goods-in process and ensure optimal delivery dates are achieved for our customers.

  • Oversee the booking-in of deliveries with the internal warehouse team, ensuring bulk shipments are received, checked and processed accurately and in a timely manner.

  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory across wholesale and direct-to-consumer channels, working closely with relevant teams to keep stock levels current, monitor allocations, and promptly identify and resolve any discrepancies.

  • Coordinate with our in-house warehouse team to oversee the fulfillment of wholesale orders, ensuring compliance with customer delivery requirements and order specifications

  • Track shipments to stores and troubleshoot any issues promptly to ensure shipments are received in a timely, professional and supportive manner. 

  • Ensure all customer deliveries are managed efficiently, communicating any issues or delays to the relevant stakeholders.

  • Maintain and update wholesale software systems with accurate customer information and order details.

  • Occasional support with merchandising and range planning for wholesale and ecomm

  • Provide relevant wholesale data and reports to the design team and founders as requested.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a wholesale or sales support role within the fashion industry.

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Zedonk

  • Experience using Xero would be an advantage but not essential

  • Experience with customs and logistics processes

  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners.
